Office Rentals

We have three types of office rentals available.

Shared Office Space

Our shared office is on an upper floor of a large villa. It has a gorgeous sea-view, a swimming pool and a tennis court, all of which can be used by those working in the shared office.

The office has internet connection, UPS and battery backup for continuous stable electricity and tea-coffee making facilities.

All occupants have access to a printer, a scanner, a fax and a telephone.

Our shared office space is very flexible. You can come and go as you like. There is no tie-in period. You can try it for a week and then move onto one of the other options if you like without any penalities.

Own Office Managed/Serviced

If you need more privacy then why not rent your own office. We have offices available with internet connections which you can rent for your sole use. Minimum period of one month for this option.

Unserviced Office

If you want to stay permanently and need more space, you may want to rent your own office and manage it yourself. We have a variety of office available in the area and can assist you with the setting up. Setting up your own office will require more commitment as landlords will generally require a minimum period and you may incur lawyers costs to prepare the contract.
